Pierre – Resident Manager
Pierre has been the Resident Manager at Best Western CTC Hotel Verona since 2022. He is responsible for the operational management of the hotel and has a particular passion for structural aspects and maintenance. He enjoys working closely with the team and finds it exciting to be part of an ever-evolving industry, which allows him to learn something new every day.
In his free time, he enjoys cycle touring and cooking traditional regional dishes, as well as indulging in good food. A true music lover, Pierre relaxes by walking outdoors with his dog Ettore or visiting art cities, always looking for new places to explore.
Sabrina – Front Office Agent
Sabrina has been a Front Office Agent at Best Western CTC Hotel Verona since 2025. She is the welcoming smile that greets guests on arrival and the point of reference for any needs during their stay. What she values most in her work is the direct contact with guests, as it allows her to be helpful and contribute to making each stay as pleasant as possible.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading and regularly goes to the gym. Passionate about travel, she loves spending time with her family and her four cats. Sensitive, cheerful, and detail-oriented, she brings a warm touch to the reception every day.
Nadia – Front Office Agent
Nadia has been a Front Office Agent at Best Western CTC Hotel Verona since 2024. Welcoming and always ready to help, she finds great satisfaction in building genuine relationships with guests, chatting with them, and making them feel at home from the very first moment.
In her free time, she expresses her creativity through drawing, crochet, and small home projects. Passionate about travel and nature, she loves hiking and letting her curiosity guide her as she explores new and lesser-known places. Being outdoors is her favorite way to recharge.
Jessica – Front Office Agent
Jessica has been working as a Front Office Agent at Best Western CTC Hotel Verona since 2022. Friendly and professional, she enjoys interacting with people from different cultures and engaging in genuine conversations, especially with returning guests. For her, every encounter is an opportunity for growth and discovery.
In her spare time, she enjoys walking, reading, listening to music, and traveling. A fan of concerts and outdoor experiences, she is always looking for new ways to grow and stay connected with the world. Her energy and curiosity are reflected in her daily work.
Marika – MICE Coordinator
Marika has been the MICE Coordinator at Best Western CTC Hotel Verona since 2010. Organized and attentive, she oversees every stage of event development, from the first request to the moment everything comes to life. She enjoys the direct interaction with clients and finds great satisfaction in building strong relationships, especially when guests return because they felt welcomed and supported.
In her free time, she devotes herself to gardening: she loves flowers, creating arrangements, and doing small crafts. She enjoys baking desserts, watching TV series, and walking outdoors. Her happy place is the garden, which she shares with her cat, finding peace and creativity in the little things.
Giovanni – Front Office Manager
Giovanni has been the Front Office Manager at Best Western CTC Hotel Verona since 2013. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep care for the guest experience, he works every day to anticipate guests’ needs, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations.
In his spare time, he is passionate about model ship building and art—hobbies that require patience and a sense of aesthetics. He loves to travel, discover different cultures, and gain new perspectives. Recently, he has developed a passion for hiking in the Venetian mountains, combining nature, discovery, and reflection.
Michele – Front Office Agent
Michele has been working as a Front Office Agent at Best Western CTC Hotel Verona since 2023. For him, the best part of the job is connecting with people—welcoming guests, listening to them, and building authentic relationships is what makes each day fulfilling.
Passionate about comics, music, and guitar, in his free time he enjoys going out with friends, traveling, and discovering new places. He has two cats that are part of his everyday life and believes every encounter, even while traveling, is a chance to learn something new from other cultures.
Viktoria – Restaurant Server
Viktoria has been working as a restaurant server at Best Western CTC Hotel Verona since 2022. She especially appreciates the dynamic environment and the opportunity to work as part of a team, but above all, she enjoys the daily contact with new people, which makes every day different and exciting.
In her free time, she goes to the gym, reads, and loves organizing mountain trips. Naturally curious, she is always looking for new experiences and places to discover: for her, traveling means growing and learning something new each time.
Salvatore - Bartender
Salvatore, known to everyone as “Rino,” has been the bartender at Best Western CTC Hotel Verona since 2023. Behind the counter, he serves more than coffee—he shares smiles and conversations. What he enjoys most about his job is engaging with customers: he observes, listens, and tries to understand each person, creating small moments of connection.
Outside of work, he balances his time between his family—he’s married with two children—and his passions: traveling, exploring new places on his scooter (especially around the hills of Verona), watching movies, and listening to music, with a special love for U2. He enjoys cooking and takes care of the home, finding balance and serenity between work and personal life.
