Check-in: the room can be occupied from 14:00

Do you provide cribs or cots or in the room?
Yes cots and cribs are available on request. This service is complimentary for children up to 3 years. For children aged 3 to 12 an extra bed is available for an additional charge.

 

Do you offer rooms and services for physically impaired customers?
Yes, there are rooms designed for travelers with special needs. The hotel ensures full access to all areas and services. Rooms for physically challenged are available upon request and at no additional cost, but are subject to availability for the requested period.

 

Are there rooms for non-smokers?
The Hotel has both smoking rooms, all located on the same floor, and non smoking rooms. Please state your preference on the online reservation form.

 

Do your Internet rates include breakfast?
Breakfast must be paid for and can be purchased directly at the hotel or on-line. Only from our official website, it is available for the special price of 1€.

 

When is breakfast served?
Our American buffet breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 10.00am and Saturday and Sunday from 7.00am to 10.30am

 

Can you accommodate guests with special dietary needs?
In order to meet the special dietary needs of our guests we offer lactose-free and gluten-free products.

 

Do I need to pay for any extra?
No, our Internet rates are inclusive of VAT and taxes.

 

Are there any costs to cancel or modify my reservation?
All bookings made through the Best Western CTC Hotel Verona website (ctchotel.it) can be canceled without penalty up to 4pm (local time) of the day prior to arrival. Cancellations made after deadline will incur a penalty charge equivalent to one night’s stay. These conditions do not apply to special offers or reservations made through travel agencies or tour operators. In these cases, please refer to the conditions specified in your agreement.

 

Are your special offers subject to restrictions?
Yes, reservations of Hotel packages and special offers cannot be modified or canceled. Upon confirmation of the booking, the total amount is charged to the credit card provided on the form. For all special offers, please refer to the cancellation policy indicated in the promotion used at the time of booking.

 

Do you have parking facilities? What is the cost?
A spacious outdoor car park is exclusively available to all our guests free of charge.

 

Do you provide Internet access? What is the cost?
Yes, wireless Internet access is available throughout the Best Western CTC Hotel Verona and is completely free of charge for our guests.

 

What are your restaurant’s hours of operation?
Our Restaurant Paloma is open for lunch from Monday to Friday from 12.00 to 14.00, and everyday for dinner from 19.00 to 22.00.

 

Does the Hotel have a gym?
The Hotel features a modern fitness room, open 24/7, for complimentary use of all our guests.

 

Do you allow pets in the Hotel? Is there a supplement?
The Best Western CTC Hotel Verona allows only small pets and requires advance notice. Pets are only allowed in the rooms. There is an extra charge of 10€ per day.
